MDM Talks #3: An interview with Julia Sthillert

In this episode, we talk with the designer Julia Sthillert. In 2022 Julia graduated from the design college Malmstens in Stockholm. For her graduation project, she designed a lounge chair for the gaming studio Activision Blizzard, to be used in the lobby of their office in London. This interview is part of a series of talks called Ex-Works Reconnect.

In this series, we interview design graduates from different Swedish Design Colleges. We talk about the Swedish education system, collaborations, and what it´s like to work as a new designer in the furniture industry. All interviewed designers have been featured in Möbeldesignmuseum´s exhibitions Ex-Works 2020 or Ex-Works 2022.
