After completing the introductory year at Beckmans I started on the bachelor’s programme, and I hope to continue with a master’s eventually. I want to continue evolving in my role as a designer and, hopefully, reach a position where I can make a meaningful contribution to the area. We have an incredible design legacy to learn from and build upon, especially in light of the contemporary issues and challenges we face today. I’m particularly interested in the beauty of everyday products, and the opportunity to challenge production methods and local resources to create elegant, functional solutions without compromising aesthetics.
