Lars Mossberg studied interior architecture and furniture design at Konstfack University of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm from where he graduated in the 1950s. In 1961 Mossberg worked at LIC's architect studio where he met Ture Liss. In 1963 the two founded the studio Liss & Moss Architects, working mainly with contract interior projects but also with furniture designs for a.o. Gärsnäs and AC Collection.
