Jenny Eriksson studied a bachelor’s degree in interior architecture and furniture design at Konstfack University of Arts, Crafts, and Design in Stockholm. Eriksson’s degree project from 2020 was called Dialogue: Nature’s Whisper and the Body’s Ear in which Eriksson strived to restore the relationship between man and object through the basic knowledge of the material and its purpose of use according to the human body.
The objects were made out of stem parts in different types of wood, that was processed by hand according to its unique character and then been assigned function with simple additions in metal and glass.
In 2020, pieces form Dialogue: Nature’s Whisper and the Body’s Ear were a part of the Ex-Works 2020 exhibition at the Museum of Furniture Studies.
